We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 working hours.
- All payments are currently processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our store although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- We prefer electronic payment but we can also accept also accept cheques or postal orders.

If you pay by cheque or a PayPal echeque please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
- Spend up to £29.99 and postage and packaging is £2.50 within the UK.
- If you spend over £30.00 the postage goes up to £3.50 and we automatically send Recorded Delivery!
Please note that the overseas postage charge of £1 is extra to this standard cost.
- All orders over £30 are automatically sent via Recorded Delivery. If your order is less than £30 but you would like Recorded Delivery please email us and we can arrange this for you for a small fee.
If you need your order urgently please email us and if possible we will arrange an immediate dispatch. Special delivery can be added to your basket HERE but please email us first to check that this service is available on your order.
As soon as payment is received we will dispatch as quickly as we possibly can. Most orders will usually take 1 - 3 working days to dispatch.
- PLEASE NOTE - During busy periods, like November, December and during our Sales, dispatch can take up to 7 days.

- Brass has a tendancy to dull and tarnish over time. Keep it shiny and happy - polish regularly with Brasso.
To get your silver plated items looking sparkly and new rub gently with a silver cloth or wipe lightly with mild soapy water.
We can replace discoloured chains for a small fee, contact us for details. We also sell spare chains in store HERE.
Jewellery can be delicate please keep items boxed or in a safe place when not in use. Avoid contact with perfume and don't get them wet as this can discolour the metal.
- We can often repair broken items for a small fee. For further infomation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If an item is sold out in store the chances are that we will restock – email us and we can confirm this for you and add you too our waiting list so that you will be emailed when stocks are replenished.
- All orders over £30 are tracked by Royal Mail and require a signature upon receipt. If you have placed an order and it has not arrived within seven days please contact us and we will do our best to help.
- Please make sure that the postal address is correct before submitting your order as we cannot be held responsible for items going missing due to incorrect customer details.
- If an order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address or due to non-collection from your local Royal Mail depot we will contact you and arrange a redelivery. This will incurr an additional postage charge.
- We want you to be completely happy with your purchases - If you need to refund or exchange an item for any reason please let us know. Please state your full name, order number and the reason for the return in your email. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email.
- Any contact information that we receive will never be passed on to any third parties. We may sometimes send out information about extra special offers and seasonal sales to previous customers although you will not be added to our regular mailing list.
- If you do not wish to receive any such information please contact us and we will remove you from our database.
