- Delivery times?
- As soon as payment is received/cleared we will dispatch as quickly as we possibly can. Most orders will usually take 3 - 5 working days to dispatch. PLEASE NOTE- During busy periods, like Christmas, dispatch can take up to ten days. If you need an item urgently or would like to track your order please email us and we will do what we can to help.

- Can I pay with cheque / cash etc?
- Yes. Although we prefer electronic payment if you need to we will accept cheques / P.O. / concealed cash. Please be aware that any cash is sent at your own risk.

- Yes we post worldwide. Please add the overseas postage item to your cart (listed under postage in the navigation menu)

- Spend up to £14.99 and postage and packaging is £1.60 within the UK.
If you spend between £15.00 and £29.99 the postage goes up to £2.60 and we automatically send recorded delivery!
If you spend between £30.00 and £59.99 P&P (recorded delivery) will be £3.80.
*Please note that the overseas postage charge is extra to this standard cost.
- What is vintage?
- Vintage items have some age to them, they are not brand new and they can be from any period up to the 1980’s. Please note that vintage means vintage! Pieces may well show signs of their age – these can include tarnishing, age spots, scratches and cracks in the paint etc but we think that this is what vintage is all about… It’s not brand spanking new – its vintage daaahling!
- Do you offer sponsorship?
- We may well sponsor your band / modelling agency / fashion show.

- We do indeed – if you have an idea incorporating charms or pendants that we have in stock contact us for a quote.
We can also make most of our pendants into earrings so get in touch if there’s something you quite fancy!
